Blair Payne is the former Promotion Director at Nashville's WSMV Television Station and WTVQ in Lexington, Kentucky. Blair is well-known for his incredible production skills and unique voice.

Blair has literally been in the business all of his life, both of his folks being on-air TV veterans. Blair was the "in house" voice talent for WSMV for nearly 8 years and can still be heard on the air in Nashville. Blair has also done presentations (Daimler-Chrysler, to name one), radio work and numerous commercial presentations as a voice and on camera talent. Blair has done a movie, stage work and has appeared on TV since he was 2 years old.

Blair has also done documentary presentations, outgoing voice messages and books on tape. Blair is known for his dramatic and soothing voice.

Blair's most recent work has been a radio campaign for The Drug Enforcement Administration - Nashville Office for observance of Red Ribbon Week and a special commercial project for business owners in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
